HOT FORGING FACTORY
The hot forging factory was built in the land area of 15,340 m2 equipped with machines for cutting, lathe, milling, rolling, especially Steel hot forging lines (600 tons, 1000 tons, 1600 tons and 2,500 tons) and Aluminum hot stamping line (from 600 tons to 2,500 tons).
TOOLING FACTORY
With area of 4752 m2, the 4th largest factory contains EDM wire cut machines, CNC machines for tooling, the first 5 axis 2D/3D laser cutting machine and tooling storage.
CNC & ASSEMBLY FACTORY
This 9504 m2 area provides CNC machines, the second 5 axis 2D/3D laser cutting machine and final inspection area as well.
PAINTING FACTORY
VPIC invested in three modern painting lines which includes liquid painting, powder coating and ED coating line with total land area 3816 m2
LOST-WAX CASTING FACTORY
Material storage, cutting machines and lost-wax casting line are located in this factory under area of 3888 m2.
WELDING FACTORY
The factory was built in an area of 3240 m2 which included an automatic welding systems. With the most advance welding robots, we can weld any type of frame with a high complexity level.
STAMPING FACTORY
The factory has an a dedicated of 6480 m2 with the most modern presses (stamping line 160 tons – 600 tons) on the market and automative welding robots, combined with VPIC’s experience you can be sure we can deliver top quality products, in time and at a competitive price.
