The CNC machining process begins with the creation of a 2D vector of 3D part design that includes technical specifications, including dimensions and geometries, either created in-house or provided by the customer.
While the component goes through the primary manufacturing process, the technicians set up the CNC machines to perform the secondary process, including burring, bending, wire cutting and more.
Depending on the type of CNC machining service, the secondary material extraction process is performed in one of our milling machines or lathe machines to produce a clean component.
With each step performed in-house, we have complete control of the entire process, including component testing, which reduces the risk of a quality issue prior to shipping to our customer.
