In response to the plea from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee on September 11, 2024, VPIC Group took the decisive action to provide aid for assisting communities in their recovery from natural disasters.

In mid-September, Typhoon Yagi caused extensive damage upon numerous Northern provinces of Vietnam. The Typhoon not only inflicted harm upon infrastructure but also profoundly impacted the livelihoods of thousands of individuals. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, VPIC Group took the initiative to contribute with financial aid (420 million VND) to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, aiming to support the government in overcoming the impact of Typhoon No. 3 Yagi.

The Board of Directors of VPIC Group decided that all employees in the company should participate in donating one day of basic salary to support and help people in the Northern provinces of Vietnam to overcome the consequences caused by natural disasters and floods. Notably, the company will not deduct this amount from employees' wages. Instead, VPIC Group will allocate the equivalent of one day's basic salary for each employee directly from the company's funds to support those impacted by the Typhoon. The total amount collected will be transferred to the account of the Dong Nai Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

VPIC Group believes that timely and practical support will help the residents of the Northern provinces overcome the difficulties caused by Typhoon Yagi. Social responsibility helps communities navigate crises and strengthen individual bonds, creating a more resilient society. VPIC Group is proud to be part of this effort and hopes its contributions will bring hope to those facing hardships.
